This is the best looking omelet I've done yet. Even got bold and tried the pan flick. But I chickened out mid-flick. :P

It still came out fine. YUM!

Leek and Potatoe Soup

I had never cooked leek before and I got an urge to try. I always love a good soup.

Bbut I found the final product pretty bland and tasteless, so I added tons of stuff : onion, broccoli, asparagus, and mushroom.

Now it's nice and tasty! :)
