Wake-You-Up brunch omelet

I woke up late-ish and was feeling like an easy and effortless, but filling meal.


So I fried a small onion and half a green pepper until cooked.


I added the eggs, letting them settle until just a little bit still runny. Then I sprinkled some shredded Havarti cheese.


Folding the omelet didn't go so well. I broke up a bit in the pan.



Still pretty good and tasty in the end though.
